The Senior Client Project Manager will define, scope and manage one or more projects of large size/complexity for a client and will work with senior project stakeholders and other management to ensure technical and/or client objectives are achieved.

About the Role

In this opportunity, you will:

  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and expectations, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Define the scope, goals, and deliverables of the project in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Plan and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, including sales, systems engineering, product development, and other departments, to ensure project success.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, as well as handle any necessary adjustments to project constraints.
  • Manage project budgets and financial objectives, ensuring that the project is delivered within the approved budget.
  • Identify, assess, and minimize project risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate problem-solving and decision-making processes to resolve project issues.
  • Ensure that all project documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately.
  • Adhere to industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution.
  • Establishing and helping to maintain customer long term relationships
  • Ensuring the client's successful and optimum utilization of products and solutions
  • Provide coaching and guidance to project team members to achieve project goals and develop their skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading cross-functional project teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

  • Collaborating with clients to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

  • Managing project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.

  • Monitoring progress and adjusting plans as needed to meet objectives.

  • Ensuring all project documentation is accurate, up to date, and properly stored.

  • Applying industry best practices and methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.

About You

You are a proactive, organized, and results-driven project manager with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences. You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and are skilled at managing multiple priorities across global teams.

Your qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or related field

  • 5+ years of project management experience with at least 2 years focused on e-invoicing or financial technology solutions

  • E-invoicing Expertise: Deep understanding of electronic invoicing standards (EDI, XML, PEPPOL, etc.)

  • Strong knowledge of AP/AR processes and financial workflows

  • Experience with e-invoicing platforms (SAP Ariba, Basware, Tungsten, etc.)

  • Excellent client-facing and communication skills

  • Experience working with global customers and managing projects across multiple time zones
