**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Working closely within our Business Development team, the **Account Manager **will be responsible for managing key client accounts across the dust control, erosion control and revegetation portfolios. Ongoing training, consultation with management and professional development forms a fundamental aspect of supporting the successful applicant for this role.

**ROLE DUTIES**
- Respond to assigned incoming enquiries from new and existing clients in a timely manner.
- Seek leads.
- Maintain an accurate client database in the company CRM system.
- Work closely with the administrative team to meet company and client requirements.
- Provide written quotations and specialist information to clients on products and services.
- Follow up sales enquiries and leads in a timely manner.
- Assist the marketing team with planning, approval, and publication of case studies.
- Completion of all various administrative tasks including but not limited to Business Activity Plans, Quote Specification Requests, Travel Applications, Corporate Event Proposals, Credit Card Receipts and Annual Business Plans.
- Represent Vital Chemical at corporate networking events, conferences, tradeshows, and other industry events.

**CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS**
- Account Management experience
- Manual Driver’s Licence
- White Card - Construction
- High level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Willingness and capacity to travel interstate
- Well-developed communication and negotiation skills
- Strong project management and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Professional and articulate demeanor
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Construction, Civil or Mining industry experience is preferable but not essential

There is potential to develop within the company into a Business Development Manager role

The successful applicant must pass National Police Check and participate in ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
