About the Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Work Health & Safety Advisor to join a leading manufacturing business on a permanent basis. Based in Western Suburbs, you will partner with HR and Operations leaders to ensure compliance, strengthen safety culture, and deliver critical risk management projects across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct and oversee risk assessments across manufacturing operations.
  • Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, standards, and internal policies.
  • Develop, review, and implement WHS policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with HR and Operations to deliver on critical safety milestones.
  • Support incident reporting, investigations, and ICAM processes where required.
  • Provide effective WHS reporting, insights, and recommendations to management.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong background in Work Health & Safety within manufacturing, construction, or other high-risk industries.
  • Knowledge of WHS legislation, compliance, and risk management frameworks.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering safety initiatives and driving engagement.
  • Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety (Diploma highly regarded).
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
