Your Role

As the Customer Service Team Leader, you'll be responsible for energising and guiding a high-performing team. You'll juggle multiple priorities, drive outbound call performance, and keep the team engaged through creative initiatives and a strong focus on accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and inspire the customer service team to meet and exceed KPIs.
  • Drive outbound call performance and ensure consistent delivery of service excellence.
  • Create and implement team incentives, games, and engagement strategies.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide regular feedback and support.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, positivity, and continuous improvement.
