Data Integrity Officer

Full Time Fixed Term Position - Until September 2026

Band 4 - Salary Range $74,283 to $78,754 per annum + 12% Super + ADO

Salary offered will depend on level of skills and experience.

The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Melton City Council for an energetic and self-motivated person to assume the role of Data Integrity Officer at one of the fastest growing and exciting regions in Australia. This position will report directory to the Revenue Team Leader,

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain, and audit the Name and Address Register (NAR) to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Deliver training and guidance on NAR processes and procedures to internal stakeholders.
• Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail in all aspects of data management and reporting.
• Provide outstanding customer service, with a professional and solutions focused approach.
• Communicate clearly and effectively, both in written and verbal formats.

About you

To be successful in this role you will have the following:

• Be flexible, team oriented, have a strong customer focus, sound computer skills and must have a can do approach to workload.
• Current valid Victorian Driver's Licence.
