About the role
Hecho en Mexico is seeking a skilled Operations and Quality Assurance Officer to join our dynamic team in Victoria. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our operations while maintaining the highest standards of quality across all aspects of our business.
What you'll be doing
- Overseeing daily operations and production processes to identify and address any issues or inefficiencies
- Implementing and monitoring quality control measures to ensure our products and services consistently meet or exceed customer expectations
- Conducting regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous quality enhancement
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and refine operational procedures and policies
- Providing training and guidance to staff to uphold quality standards and promote a culture of excellence
- Analysing data and generating detailed reports to inform management decision-making
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries and complaints to resolve issues and enhance the customer experience
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar operations or quality assurance role, ideally within the hospitality or tourism industry
- Strong understanding of quality management principles and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and address operational challenges
- Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Proficient in data analysis and report writing to drive informed decision-making
- Adaptable and resourceful with a keen eye for detail
