The Role
We're seeking a dedicated Concierge to join our team. This multifaceted role is crucial in ensuring our residents receive top-notch service and enjoy a seamless living experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide warm, friendly assistance to residents and visitors
- Manage resident requests, bookings, and inquiries
- Chauffeur residents safely and punctually
- Monitor and assist with events and resident activities
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of common areas
- Handle mail and deliveries
- Monitor security and manage visitor access
- Utilise various software programs for efficient operations
What We're Looking For
- Experience in a similar multitasking role
- Strong communication skills and tech-savvy mindset
- Valid driver's license
- First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Positive team player with a respectful attitude
- Familiarity with (or willingness to learn) Retirement legislation and standards
Work Schedule
- Part-time role (8-24 hours/week) with potential to pick up additional hours
- Afternoon/Night shift (3:30pm - 11:30pm) and/or Day shift (7:30am - 3:30pm)
- 7 days/week availability required
