**The Role**

We’re seeking a dedicated Concierge to join our team. This multifaceted role is crucial in ensuring our residents receive top-notch service and enjoy a seamless living experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide warm, friendly assistance to residents and visitors
- Manage resident requests, bookings, and inquiries
- Chauffeur residents safely and punctually
- Monitor and assist with events and resident activities
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of common areas
- Handle mail and deliveries
- Monitor security and manage visitor access
- Utilise various software programs for efficient operations

**What We’re Looking For**
- Experience in a similar multitasking role
- Strong communication skills and tech-savvy mindset
- Valid driver’s license
- First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Positive team player with a respectful attitude
- Familiarity with (or willingness to learn) Retirement legislation and standards

**Work Schedule**
- Part-time role (8-24 hours/week)
- Afternoon/Night shift (3:30pm - 11:30pm) and/or Day shift (7:30am - 3:30pm)
- 7 days/week availability required

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $26.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 24 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Concierge/admin: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (required)
