**Qualifications & experience**
- Experience in a similar multitasking role is essential.
- Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritising tasks without guidance.
- Strong communication skills and confident with technology and learning new programs.
- Valid Drivers Licence.
- First Aid Training or willing to complete.
- Ability to contribute positively as part of a team, helping with various tasks as required and demonstrate respect for coworkers and are approachable and helpful at all times.
- Must meet the requirements pertaining to all legislation relevant to resident / client care and accommodation and employer/employee and employee/employee relations e.g., Aged Care Act 1997 and National Health Act 1953.
- Must be available for Day Shift (7:30am - 3:30pm) or in the afternoon/night (3:30pm - 11:30pm) 7 days/week

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Speak with residents and visitors in a warm and friendly manner and answer any questions they may have, including on the phone. Assist with direct requests from current residents and those moving in or out of the facility. This includes helping residents to make bookings activities and services.
- Maintain confidentiality in all aspects. Keep detailed and accurate information regarding resident complaints and incidents on site
- Chauffeur residents in a safe and timely manner.
- Assist with events including the planning, preparation, set up, and pack down of the event.
- Maintain the concierge/reception and all common areas following the schedule for cleaning. This includes scrubbing floors with professional equipment, sanitising, dusting and vacuuming. This also includes opening and closing procedures of the services and facilities.
- Receive deliveries, sort and distribute incoming mail and parcels.
- Monitor usage of consumables and keep communal areas, bathrooms and the admin area stocked.
- Create newsletter content for Aura’s PlussCommunities App in conjunction with management.
- Monitoring security of the premises, check buildings are secured, monitor CCTV. This includes managing visitors and trades onsite using the sign in system from PlussCommunities.
- Use programs such as Jira, OneNote, XERO, Halaxy, ClickSend, and Outlook.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 24 per week

**Experience**:

- Concierge/admin: 1 year (preferred)
