We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Hotel Service Manager to lead our day-to-day hotel operations and service delivery.

About the Role

As the Hotel Service Manager, you will oversee the smooth operation of front office, housekeeping, and guest services. You will work closely with the Hotel Manager and management team to ensure a consistently high standard of service, operational efficiency, and staff performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, and maintenance coordination
  • Supervise, train, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and manage feedback, ensuring issues are resolved promptly
  • Maintain service quality standards and presentation across all departments
  • Assist with rostering, payroll approvals, and labour cost control
  • Support revenue and occupancy targets through upselling and efficient room management
  • Conduct regular property checks to ensure compliance with safety, cleanliness, and brand standards
  • Assist with onboarding, performance reviews, and staff development

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Previous experience in hotel management, front office leadership, or guest service management (minimum 3 years preferred)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient with hotel property management systems (RMS experience highly regarded)
  • Flexible availability including weekends and public holidays as required
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
