Clinical Pharmacist – Hospital

As a Clinical Pharmacist, you'll be part of a multidisciplinary team delivering pharmacy services that make a real difference to patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct clinical reviews and medication reconciliation
  • Dispense and supply medications in accordance with legal and professional standards
  • Collaborate with medical staff to optimise patient care
  • Support patients during discharge planning
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives

What You'll Need:

  • Current AHPRA registration as a pharmacist
  • Strong clinical knowledge and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Professional and respectful approach to working in secure environments
  • COVID-19 vaccination in line with public health requirements

Hospital Pharmacy Technician – Rotational

As a Pharmacy Technician, you'll play a vital role in both dispensing medications and managing pharmacy stock across hospital wards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dispense medications in accordance with compnay protocols
  • Inventory management for both pharmacy and hospital stock
  • Communicate effectively with nurses and hospital staff
  • Support the dispensary team and contribute to efficient medication supply

  • Comfortable working in a hospital environment
  • Polite, well-mannered, and professionally presented
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • COVID-19 vaccination in line with public health requirements
