About the Role

Ashford Hospital is seeking a passionate and adaptable Hospital Pharmacist to join our team with a focus on admission based clinical pharmacy. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain experience across a variety of clinical areas, including oncology pharmacy services.

As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to:

  • Ward-based clinical pharmacy services focusing on admission
  • Oncology and chemotherapy review and dispensing
  • Medication safety and stewardship initiatives
  • Hospital dispensary services
  • After-hours roster participation

This position is ideal for pharmacists looking to broaden their clinical expertise in a supportive and progressive hospital environment.

About You

You are a proactive and team-oriented pharmacist who:

  • Holds current general registration with AHPRA
  • Demonstrates sound clinical knowledge and communication skills
  • Is committed to safe and effective medication management
  • Has a keen interest in oncology and hospital pharmacy practice
