Maintenance Service Leadership Role

Job Overview:

  • Provide technical guidance and leadership to maintenance service teams across various locations.
  • Oversee line technicians, schedule maintenance activities, and develop work schedules that meet customer requirements.
  • Perform routine maintenance, preventive maintenance, and repairs on aircraft and in-flight entertainment systems, adhering to regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and test electronic components, replace parts, and modify installed equipment.
  • Foster customer satisfaction through effective issue resolution and communication.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of avionics products, testers, harnesses, and associated equipment.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years related industry experience.
  • Regulatory licenses for assigned country or region, and customer requirements.
  • Ability to pass security and background checks.
