Lawrence RV is arguably Queensland's fastest growing Caravan Dealership and with our constantly growing Service & Parts Centre at Burpengary we are looking to support our team with an additional customer service agent to bring our team to a total of five agents.

This person would take on a broad yet shared role in assisting our customers with all their warranty and service enquiries including walk-ins and phone/email inquiries. You would assist your customers from start to finish which would involve working with them on their concerns, generating a claim, organising parts, meeting on drop off day, follow up of works and then invoicing and handover back to customer.

Role Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with Warranty & Service enquiries
  • Liaise with customers, manufacturers and Service Department regarding warranty repairs throughout the repair process ensuring guidelines are adhered to
  • Liaise with service technicians and foreman to answer customers technical questions and offsite diagnosing
  • Take and process customer new service bookings
  • Other administration duties as required
  • Develop and maintain great relationships with customers
  • Assist the service advisor role in general
  • Contact customers before drop offs to confirm bookings and liaise during works to give updates

Key Attributes

  • Preferably a general knowledge of Caravans and Camper Trailers or a general mechanical aptitude is helpful but not essential. We can adjust the role to train a Junior applicant if suitable.
  • Ability to follow general instructions and put them into practice
  • Have great communication and customer service skills
  • Strong work ethic and reliable attitude. Be self-motivated with the initiative to work unsupervised.
  • Neat, Tidy and Respectful appearance a must
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Highly developed computer skills with ability to work autonomously.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills

This is a full-time position working Monday to Thursday 7:30am to 4:30pm Friday 7:30am to 2pm. Starting date for this position is immediate.
