Shift Supervisor Role
As a
Shift Supervisor
, you'll be responsible for ensuring the restaurant operates efficiently and delivers exceptional service. You'll supervise the team, manage daily operations, oversee food preparation, and maintain the restaurant's high standards.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth restaurant functionality
  • Supervise, train, and motivate a team of staff members
  • Create and manage employee schedules
  • Ensure food and beverages are served to the highest quality and in a timely manner
  • Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as necessary
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism
  • Assist in promotional and marketing activities
