About the role

Located in the convenient Hunter Region, our gym is looking for vibrant and highly motivated Personal Trainer to join our amazing team

This is an excellent opportunity for a fitness enthusiast to help our members achieve their health and wellness goals in a supportive and friendly environment. As a Part Time Personal Trainer, you will work a flexible schedule to provide tailored training programs and motivate our members to reach new heights in their fitness journey.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop personalised fitness plans and training programs for members based on their individual needs and goals
  2. Provide hands-on, one-on-one and small group training sessions to help members improve their strength, endurance, and overall fitness
  3. Motivate and encourage members to stay committed to their fitness routines and achieve their desired results
  4. Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and the gym is kept clean and organized
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends, techniques, and industry knowledge
  6. Member Retention & administration

What we're looking for

  1. Certificate IV in Fitness
  2. Previous experience as a Personal Trainer
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively motivate and engage with members
  4. Strong knowledge of exercise science, nutrition, and program design
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  6. Passionate about health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals
  7. First Aid Cert, CPR & Working With Children's Check (or willing to obtain)
