We're partnering with a highly respected, design-driven Perth architecture studio to offer an outstanding opportunity for a Project Architect (or Senior Project Architect) to join their growing team.**

This role provides the chance to lead and deliver high-quality, complex innovative architectural projects as well as offering great potential to progress into a more senior role in the future. Their current project mix spans Multi-Residential, Student Accommodation, and luxury Mixed Use.  Your duties as Project Architect will include but are not limited to:

  • Lead projects from post DA.
  • Guide and mentor the internal project team.
  • Produce and oversee construction documentation and revisions (Revit).
  • Work directly with clients, building and enriching existing relationships.
  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Ensure compliance standards are met throughout the design and build stages.

The successful applicant will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, along with a genuine passion for delivering high-quality project outcomes. Additionally, to be considered for this role you must have:

  • Tertiary qualification in Architecture.
  • Australian Registered Architect - Preferred.
  • Solid understanding of Revit.
  • Minimum of 8+ years of post-graduation, local Australian studio experience.
  • Sound knowledge of Australian building codes and standards.
  • Proven ability to problem-solve and deliver well-resolved architectural solutions.
