Busy Bees at Mermaid Waters is a beautiful, 98-place early learning service in the heart of the Gold Coast. With stunning facilities, supportive leadership, and a warm, inclusive culture, we're all about giving children — and our team — the best possible start.

We're growing and looking for passionate Educators (Certificate III or Diploma qualified) to join us in permanent or casual roles.

What You'll Do:

  • Create engaging, nurturing learning environments

  • Support each child's development through play-based learning

  • Build strong connections with children, families, and your team

  • Deliver high-quality programs that meet EYLF & NQS standards

What You'll Need:

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA-approved)

  • Current Blue Card

  • First Aid with Asthma & Anaphylaxis training

  • A love for early education and a positive team spirit
