Windmill Bakery Eli Waters is looking for a Full-time baker to be a part of our Production Team.

The role will be to produce all breads, savoury products, donuts and some sweet lines. You will also be required to assist in decorating and finishing.

We will need you to be a team player and have the ability to communicate with other bakers and team members to achieve great results

.

The successful Candidate will have:

· Minimum 2 years experience in a busy bakery

· AQF Certificate III or higher

· Experience in ordering and stock control

· Be able to remain calm and perform under pressure

· Be friendly, positive and have a can-do attitude

· The ability to multi-task

Job Duties:

· Mix, shape, and bake dough

· Preparation of donuts

· Follow recipes and presentation specifications

· Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently

· Oversee and manage kitchen operations

· Clean and organise kitchen and equipment in adherence to health and safety regulations

· Preserve and store all food products in adherence to health and safety regulations

· Record keeping of all food products

Location: Hervey Bay Queensland

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $76,515.00 and $83 000 per year

Remuneration will reflect current market conditions and industry award rates. To be discussed with the successful applicant
