The Opportunity

We are seeking a full-time Building Manager for a well-maintained residential development located in Botany, NSW. This is an autonomous, client-facing role ideal for an experienced and proactive professional looking to work in a supportive and structured environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily building operations and ensure high standards of presentation and maintenance
  • Manage all contractors and service providers onsite, ensuring compliance and quality of work
  • Liaise effectively with lot owners, strata committees, tenants, and external stakeholders
  • Prepare and present regular reports, including weekly updates and incident logs
  • Maintain accurate site documentation and ensure all compliance records are current
  • Attend and contribute to Committee Meetings, EGMs, and AGMs
  • Monitor and report on building issues including common property, safety hazards, and defects

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience as a Building Manager in strata-titled properties (Class 2)
  • Strong working knowledge of Building Management Software (BMS) systems
  • Solid understanding of Strata By-Laws and Capital Works.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High-level customer service and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to work autonomously with a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Familiarity with WHS, Quality Assurance, and Environmental Management practices
