Smart Vision Optometry are a global leader in vision wellness programs and sought after high-end fashion eyewear and have trademarked IP in their treatments.

MUST have high end experience.

This is an ideal opportunity to bring your face-to-face retail experience, excellent communication skills, top class customer service, strong work ethic and team focus to delight our practice patients.

Responsibilities include the management of the front office of the practice, building patient relations, representing and educating about our brand SVO and on the job training for optical dispensing.

Requirements

You will:

  • Possess an interest and excitement about eyewear in general;
  • Have a bubbly extrovert personality;
  • Be able to proactively engage with customers at a high level to build instant rapport;
  • Have attention to detail; and
  • Be able to multitask and be a fast learner;
  • Have a strong work ethic;
  • Have a strong desire to be part of a leading team in their field;
  • Have a strong desire to be part of a family working environment;

No previous optical experience necessary:

  • Full training provided.

Benefits

The right candidate shall expect:

  • A full-time equivalent package up to $115k is achievable after KPIs acheived;
  • Fully funded 12 month Dispensing course if wanted; and

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $35.00 – $45.00 per hour
