- Retail and leadership experience (desirable)
- Strong multi-tasking and prioritising abilities
- Dedication to maintaining superb customer service and presentation of both the practice and the team

**Skills and Attributes**:

- Optical dispensing experience, Cert 4 is highly regarded
- Front office administration, including phone answering and appointment booking
- Interest in fashion and style
- Exceptional patient service delivery over the phone and face-to-face
- Affinity for working with kids and families, providing exceptional vision care and service
- Capability to upsell and close sales of frames, lenses, sunglasses, and other optical products
