Smart Vision Optometry are a global leader in vision wellness programs and sought after high-end fashion eyewear.

No previous optical experience necessary.

This is an ideal opportunity to bring your face-to-face retail experience, excellent communication skills, top class customer service, and team focus to delight our practice patients.

Responsibilities include the management of the practice, building patient relations, and on the job training for optical dispensing.

**Requirements**:
**You will**:

- Possess an interest and excitement about eyewear in general;
- Have a bubbly extrovert personality;
- Be able to proactively engage with customers to build instant rapport;
- Have attention to detail; and
- Be able to multitask and be a fast learner.

**No previous optical experience necessary**:

- Full training provided.

**Benefits**
- A full-time equivalent package up to $115k is achievable after trial period
- Fully funded 12 month Dispensing course; and
- Fully trained career opportunity

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $38.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Commission
- Performance bonus

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
