We're now looking for another Customer Success Manager who will work closely with these partners, manage referred clients, and play a key role in growing our NSW network.

What You'll Do
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders and property groups across NSW.
- Be the first point of contact for referred clients, ensuring exceptional service and communication.
- Conduct regular phone and video check-ins with referral partners.
- Spot opportunities to strengthen partnerships and generate new business.
- Occasionally attend networking events or partner functions in Sydney or interstate.
About You
- Strong Communicator – confident on the phone, on video, and building rapport with professionals.
- Relationship Builder – you enjoy working with people and creating long-term partnerships.
- Organised & Proactive – comfortable managing multiple partners and clients in a fast-paced setting.
- Sales-Savvy: Not pushy, but able to identify opportunities to grow business from referrals. You will be confident in presenting our services to clients via phone and converting warm leads into clients and repeat business.
- Proactive & Feedback-Driven – you take initiative, seek out ways to improve, and act on feedback to keep growing.
