Team Leader Occupational Therapy – Work with Purpose

Are you an experienced OT ready to make a bigger impact, not from behind a desk, but by working directly with the people who need you most?

At PCCS, we're looking for a passionate Team LeaderOccupational Therapy to join our mission of delivering life-changing support to people living with long-term health conditions and complex needs.

This role is all about real-world impact, working alongside clients to develop tailored action plans using a recovery-oriented approach that meets people where they are, and helps them move toward where they want to be.

What you'll be doing:

  • Delivering personalised, evidence-based OT services to clients in community settings
  • Supporting individuals to build independence and quality of life through meaningful activity
  • Helping to upskill and guide our amazing team of graduate OTs and students, sharing your knowledge, not managing from a distance
  • Collaborating with our broader team to continuously improve the design and delivery of our OT services
  • Actively linking clients with additional supports to enhance their recovery journey
