- Salary Range: $76K - $96K + Super (incl. base salary + 5k discretionary allowance pa.) *
Full salary packaging benefits (ability to sacrifice up to $15,899 per annum)
About the role

Work with autistic clients across the lifespan, with clients allocated to clinical preferences where possible.

The role is responsible and accountable for the provision of therapeutic assessments and evidence-based intervention for individuals across all age ranges, in the area of Speech Pathology.
What we can offer you
Realistic KPIs (5 hours daily for SPs and 4 hours daily for Graduate SPs)
- High-level of clinical supervision and support, including:
- Regular clinical supervisions with your Clinical Senior, tailored to your professional needs
- Regular group supervisions
- Fortnightly team updates meetings
- Access to and support from discipline-specific Clinical Leads
- Increased supervision and support within the Graduate Program.
- Regular operational supervision and support from your Business Unit Lead, to assist you with admin and operational processes, to allow your clinical supervision to be just that – clinical

What you will need to succeed
- Bachelor of Applied Science (Speech Pathology) or Masters in Speech Pathology
- Membership or eligibility for membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
- Sound knowledge in a range of assessments and intervention options
- Knowledge in the provision of Speech Pathology services for Autistic individuals
- Satisfactory DHS Working with Children Clearance, NDIS Worker Screening, and National Police Check
- Passionate about providing client-centred, neurodiversity-affirming therapy and support to autistic clients.
- SA driver's license
