About the job

The Stakeholder and Partnerships Adviser (Orygen Digital) will manage the execution of strategic partnerships and stakeholder activities that amplify the reach, visibility and impact of MOST - Orygen Digital's flagship mental health service along with other products, such as Mello, in Orygen Digital's portfolio.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a collaborative and purpose-driven culture and to contribute to a national digital mental health initiative that is transforming how young people access support. 

Reporting to the National Project Manager you will:

  • Lead and manage strategic partnerships to promote MOST and other products, ensuring alignment, mutual value, and clear communication of expectations.
  • Serve as the primary contact for key partners, representing Orygen Digital professionally and delivering partnership activities, events, and contractual obligations.
  • Collaborate internally with product, strategy, communications, and implementation teams to align partner activities with national MOST priorities and other Orygen Digital products.
  • Monitor and track partnership outcomes, providing insights and recommendations to optimise promotion strategies and support evidence-based decision-making.
  • Support general administration, funder reporting, and stakeholder-related activities to ensure effective delivery of partnership and promotional initiatives.

Skills and experience

The following criteria must be met for consideration for this position:

  • Tertiary-level qualification in a relevant field, such as Commerce, Business or Communications or demonstrated professional experience in a related field, such as fundraising, stakeholder management, partnerships.
  • Experience in partnership management, stakeholder engagement, and business development, with the ability to build and grow strategic relationships.
  • Skilled in managing multiple projects, tracking progress, reporting on outcomes, and delivering initiatives on time and to a high standard.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, collaborating effectively across teams and with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge or experience in digital health, mental health, youth services, or purpose-driven organisations, with a proactive, organised, and strategic approach.
