The Role
You'll take ownership of both AP and AR functions, ensuring accurate, timely payments and collections while being a key part of a supportive finance team. Your work helps keep the business moving, from making sure our creatives have what they need to managing relationships with suppliers and clients.

What You'll Do:

· Process invoices, expense claims, and supplier payments

· Issue and track client invoices, follow up outstanding accounts

· Maintain accurate records across AP/AR and bank reconciliations

· Support month-end reporting and cash flow forecasting

· Liaise with internal teams and external partners to resolve queries

· Contribute to ongoing improvements in finance systems and processes

What You'll Bring:

· 3 years' experience in a similar role (bonus if you've worked in creative or professional services)

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy

· Proactive communicator who can manage competing deadlines

· Confident using Xero and Excel (experience with Streamtime or Wayahead a plus)

· A positive, solutions-focused attitude and a love of being part of a team
