Our Client:
Our client is a leading business in the industry, recognised for its strong focus on client satisfaction and employee well-being. We are currently looking for a proactive Junior Accounts Officer to join their team on a long term basis. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to embrace new challenges, and contribute to building effective partnerships that drive organisational success and growth.

About the Role:
Reporting to the Office Manager and working collaboratively amongst a close knit team, the role will include but not be limited to:
  • Processing of payroll on a weekly basis for 50 plus employees
  • Data entry of timesheets
  • Processing of weekly invoices
  • Handling both internal and external stakeholder queries
  • Exceptional customer service
  • Assist with both AP & AR functions
  • Contribute to ongoing payroll process improvements
About You:
  • A keen willingness to learn, develop, and grow your career in accounts and payroll
  • Prior experience in a similar Accounts or Administration role (ideally 1–2 years), or relevant finance studies
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional phone manner
  • High attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills
  • Reliable, positive attitude with a strong sense of accountability
  • Desire to contribute to a positive work culture and support overall operational success
