The F45 fitness experience is built on having enthusiastic coaches who are truly motivated, member-focused and have a passion for health and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high energy and high quality F45 Group Fitness sessions
  • Motivate, coach, inspire and promote an energetic environment and culture
  • Help build our community-based team training environment
  • Have a strong focus on sales, membership growth and retention

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience coaching group fitness (previous F45 highly regarded)
  • A true coach in every sense - not just vibrant, fun and happy but also focused on correcting form and technique
  • High-quality customer service experience and communication skills
  • Extremely personable, fun and friendly attitude
  • Ability to motivate members and build strong relationships
  • Ability to work unsupervised and be self-motivated

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Fitness essential (Certificate IV in Fitness preferable)
  • Current Senior First Aid and CPR
  • Flexibility in working hours. Morning, Afternoon and Weekend Mornings
  • MUST be available, confident and capable, to coach a few afternoon classes pm) solo
