What You'll Be Doing
  • Provide general administrative and office support
  • Assist the Administration Manager and wider team
  • Manage emails, phone calls, and internal communication
  • Prepare, format, and distribute documents and reports
  • Maintain records, databases, and filing systems
  • Schedule meetings and help coordinate office activities
  • Keep things organised, accurate, and professional

What We're Looking For
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Clear communicator — both written and verbal
  • Confident with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Positive, proactive, and willing to help wherever needed
  • Professional presentation and strong sense of accountability
  • Previous office experience preferred but not essential
