Accounts Clerk

Join a growing construction business as an Accounts Clerk and take charge of key financial operations across multiple projects. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with project managers and directors while supporting payroll, accounts, and project costings.

What You'll Do

  • Process payroll and manage employee super, leave, and compliance requirements
  • Review and process supplier invoices, ensuring accurate coding and approvals
  • Manage payments across multiple entities and reconcile tax accounts
  • Prepare budgets, cost summaries, and financial reports for construction projects
  • Provide insights and support for capital purchases and equipment arrangements

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years' experience in accounting or financial administration, ideally in construction
  • Proficiency in MYOB (AR/AP & Payroll) and strong Excel skills is essential
  • Excellent attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
