Le Foyer Brasserie, Bendigo's newest and most anticipated French Restaurant is searching for section waiters and bar tenders to join our already experienced team

Le Foyer Brasserie, opened in June 2025 consisting of 80 seats aims to bring a new level of sophisticated dining to the Bendigo culinary scene. Blending old-world European elegance with a contemporary edge to deliver a refined and immersive dining experience.

Bendigo and the region have been recognized by the UNESCO Creative Cities Network as a City of Gastronomy. The designation recognizes our region's diverse food culture and our community's commitment to local, sustainable, delicious, and creative produce in Bendigo in our City of Gastronomy.

Are you a passionate hospitality professional looking for an exciting role in an innovative new French brasserie? We're searching for experienced team members to join our team in Regional Victoria, delivering exceptional dining experiences with warm hospitality and superior knowledge.

THE ROLE

Your role will involve:

  • Provide outstanding and consistent customer service to our guests
  • Make sure guests are attended to and feel welcomed at all times. This ensures the guests do not have to ask for what they need, it is offered
  • Provide efficient service, making sure you are calm and collected and perform all designated tasks on time
  • Effectively run a section or bar without assistance (training provided to applicants with the right attitude)
  • Show your attention to detail, enduring all service areas are clean / presentable for guests
  • Effectively prepare for service, ensuring that all service areas are equipped with the essentials to not delay operations
  • Bring basic wine / beer /cocktail knowledge to be able to offer appropriate pairing for dishes

QUALIFICATIONS

1 year experience as section waiter (desired)

1 year experienced in customer service (required)

Valid RSA (required)

3 plate carry (required)
