Kids Gourmet Food is a bulk food business and the National leading provider of prepared meals to the childcare industry in Sydney, Brisbane & Melbourne. Our growing business is based on Sydney's Northern Beaches, and we are looking for a full-time chef to join our allergy team.

We are seeking a motivated and hardworking experienced chef, capable of producing large volumes of food while following strict recipes. You will be working with a team of qualified Chefs, Cooks and Kitchen Hands that assist in the preparation and packaging process. All shifts are Monday to Friday, starting at 6am.

You will have:

· Experience working to deadlines

· Familiarity with HACCP principles

· Experience working to food safety plan procedures

· The ability to follow directions and keep high standards

· High volume production experience

· Good communication skills

· Excellent attention to detail

· Exposure to allergy specific meal preparation (preferred)

You will be:

· A qualified Chef

· Reliable and hardworking

· Team player

· A self-starter with initiative

· Able to perform manual handling

· Computer literate – experienced in Word, Excel, Outlook

· Able to work 38 hours per week
