Based in Sydney NSW, AUSTRALIA, Profloor Epoxy Systems is a successful Commercial / Industrial Floor Coatings business that was established over 30 years ago. Profloor specialise in the installation and maintenance of Industrial flooring systems in all environments such as: Automotive Workshops, Hospitals, Food & Beverage processing facilities / Commercial kitchens / Bars / Heavy traffic areas etc.

Due to an ongoing pipeline of premium flooring projects, and steady company growth we are searching for Experienced Applicators / Leading Hands to join our dynamic team.

Key requirements :

  • Construction White Card
  • Current Driver's license
  • You MUST have experience working with epoxy / resin flooring and coating systems
  • Have an eye for detail
  • High regard for safety in the workplace
  • Willing to travel regional/interstate occasionally
  • Be able to work within a team environment
  • Be highly motivated and show good initiative

  • Work with the most up to date Floor Preparation equipment (Large Husqvarna / Blastrac fleet of Grinders, Shotblasters and Dust Collectors)
  • Regular ongoing training is provided (Including Silica Awareness, Asbestos Awareness, etc)
  • Above award rates for the right applicant
  • Flexible Contracting options are available
