ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We're on the lookout for a dynamic, hands-on Assistant Manager to lead with passion and purpose in one of Western Sydney's most exciting venues.

If you thrive in high-energy, late-night environments with live music, entertainment, and variety, this is your chance to make an impact. You'll play a key role in supporting the Operations Manager and General Manager, ensuring every shift runs smoothly while creating an atmosphere guests love coming back to.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing team across bistro, café, bars, and gaming
  • Oversee daily and late-night operations, ensuring service excellence and guest satisfaction
  • Manage POS systems, reporting, and compliance with venue standards and regulations
  • Handle guest feedback and on-the-floor problem-solving with professionalism and care
  • Collaborate with management to drive innovation, consistency, and operational success

HERE'S WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You're a confident, people-first leader who brings energy, structure, and positivity to every shift. You're driven by teamwork, thrive under pressure, and love the challenge of keeping a large, dynamic venue running like clockwork.

You'll bring:

  • 2+ years' experience as an Assistant Manager in a large, multi-faceted or late-night venue
  • Proven leadership and communication skills, with a calm, adaptable approach
  • Hands-on experience managing fast-paced operations and motivating teams
  • Flexibility to work across weekends, public holidays, and late nights
  • Current RSA/RCG/ARCG certification (mandatory)
  • Familiarity with IdealPOS and Deputy (advantageous)
