We are seeking to appoint a motivated and detail-oriented part-time Financial Officer to support the Finance Team.

About You:
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate at interview a personal faith and commitment to the Lord Jesus Christ and a lifestyle consistent with that faith, including an active commitment to a Christian fellowship, as well as the following skills and experience:
- Currently studying or recently completed Certificate III/IV in Business Administration, Accounting, or similar.
- Basic understanding of financial processes (e.g., invoicing, reconciliations).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn..
Your Role:
- Respond to financial enquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Assist with finance-related inboxes and process purchase orders, invoices, and statements.
- Reconcile credit/debit cards and petty cash.
- Follow up on overdue accounts and declined transactions.
- Maintain EFTPOS, Uniform Shop, and fundraising receipts.
- Assist with payment plans, family account updates in Edumate, and debtor communications.
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, archiving, and reception backup.
- Support the Finance Manager and Business Manager as needed.
