**The Opportunity**

We are looking for a passionate and customer obsessed Marketing Manager to join our team on a 12 month fixed term contract. With a focus on customer experience, the primary purpose of this role is to manage the end-to-end development and execution of member communications to support the outcomes for key Medibank Projects.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Critically evaluating requirements and developing plans that balance business and commercial outcomes with the member experience.
- Effectively managing project timelines and expectations.
- Working cross-functionally with key business contacts, Brand & Marketing, Studio, Legal, Fund Policy, Audience Team, Marketing Automation, iMed, Finance, Portfolio, IT, Fulfilment and Digital teams to ensure best outcome for the business and our members.

**About You**

The ideal individual will be results driven and passionate about the customer experience. You will play a leading role in cross functional project teams to deliver shared outcomes. More specifically, you’ll provide advice and lead the end-to-end development and execution of the marketing requirements for key projects.

To be successful in the role, you’ll need to be a motivated and creative thinker with a passion for problem solving. Experience working in a highly regulated high profile brand environment is a must, as are demonstrated project management skills. You’ll enjoy working at a fast pace with a range of stakeholders and be just as happy to roll your sleeves up and get involved in the detail, as you are managing and overseeing projects at a high level.
