The Role:

We're looking for a Content Creator who lives and breathes digital storytelling — someone who's as comfortable behind the camera as they are in front of it. You'll be concepting, shooting, editing, and bringing ideas to life across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, working closely with our Creative, Marketing, and Ecomm teams to craft content that's both visually stunning and sales-driven.

This is your chance to be the creative pulse behind one of Australia's most loved fashion brands — blending trend intuition, social savvy, and a sharp eye for aesthetics.

What You'll Do:

  • Create high-performing, on-brand content across all social platforms
  • Ideate, shoot, and edit short-form videos and stills for campaigns, product drops, and lifestyle storytelling.
  • Jump on emerging trends and adapt them into Hello Molly's world of fashion.
  • Collaborate with the Creative, Marketing, and Ecomm teams to align visuals with commercial goals
  • Appear in content (and love it) — from styling to behind-the-scenes shoots.
  • Demonstrated experience appearing confidently on-camera in content creation is required.
  • Track performance and evolve your content based on insights and engagement.

Who You Are:

  • You have 1-2 years of content creation experience.
  • A natural in front of and behind the camera — confident, creative, and full of ideas.
  • Deeply in tune with social trends, pop culture, and the ever-evolving digital space.
  • Skilled in shooting and editing (mobile and DSLR) with a polished visual eye.
  • Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, InShot, and other mobile editing applications
  • Passionate about fashion and storytelling.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
