**The role**
Are you a creative and skilled content creator with a passion for developing high-quality multimedia communication materials? Join our team at the Advanced Manufacturing Readiness Facility (AMRF) and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of manufacturing in Western Sydney. As a **Content Creator**, you will be responsible for generating original and engaging content for various platforms, including websites, social media, and marketing materials. You will collaborate with technical staff and stakeholders to gather insights, create content schedules, and ensure the accuracy and clarity of all materials. Your work will contribute to the AMRF's branding and style guide, helping to maintain a consistent and professional image.
In this role, you will manage the AMRF media library, analyse content metrics, and refine strategies to meet our objectives. You will stay abreast of industry trends and competitor content, sharing insights with colleagues to continuously improve our content. Your ability to communicate complex information clearly and respond to urgent matters with high-quality outputs will be crucial. If you are a proactive and innovative content creator with a strong understanding of SEO best practices and a knack for storytelling, we want to hear from you.

**What you will bring to the role**
- Well-developed copywriting and social media skills, with experience in media production using a range of hardware and software.
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices to maximize content exposure.
- Ability to work effectively without oversight, demonstrating confident written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time-management abilities to balance multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- High degree of computer literacy and proficiency in using contemporary communication channels.
- Tertiary qualifications in communications, marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Field experience in content creation and editing for diverse media formats, including social media, podcasts, and marketing communications.
