Receptionist – Join Our Friendly Dental Team

We're seeking a friendly, organised, and professional Receptionist to join our growing dental practice. As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll help create a welcoming and professional environment while supporting our team to ensure the smooth running of the practice.

We're looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role — and most importantly, a genuine passion for caring for others. Full training will be provided if needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome patients warmly and professionally
  • Manage appointment books and respond to phone and email enquiries
  • Process payments and maintain accurate patient accounts
  • Support daily operations to keep the practice running efficiently
  • Assist with restocking, sterilisation, and provide chairside support when required
  • Handle office administration and light housekeeping tasks

About You

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a receptionist (dental or healthcare experience preferred)
  • Warm, approachable, and excellent at building strong relationships
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Professional, reliable, and a supportive team player
  • Genuinely passionate about helping and caring for others
  • Open to learning new skills — full training provided

Pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour
