Seeking a Casual Events and Facilities Assistant

We are seeking multiple casual Facilities Assistants to join our Ridgeway Campus, Ivanhoe.

This is a critical and 'hands on role', primarily based at our Ridgeway Campus, Ivanhoe however at times you may also be required to work at our other Campuses located in Macleod and Doreen. This flexible position offers 5-15 hours per week, providing a balanced work-life.

What you will do

As a key member of the Professional Services team, reporting to the Calendar, Events and Community Engagement Manager and the Events Coordinator, the successful candidate will:

• Support the preparation and pack-down of school events and assist with the daily operational needs of the School.
• Assist with catering across all Ivanhoe campus kitchen facilities, including maintaining supplies.
• Sort and distribute parcels and mail to staff members.
• Collect and deliver mail and parcels from the local post office
• Raising and lowering of flags
• Co-ordinating the movement of primary tuck lunches.
