We are seeking a highly skilled Plant Operator to join our dynamic team across the Mid North Coast. If you're looking for a long-term career in civil construction with a company that values your skill and contribution, we want to hear from you

  • Work on exciting civil construction projects across the Mid North Coast and regional NSW
  • Full-time hours with daily overtime.
  • EBA with 32 hours per month paid rain days
  • 4 weeks annual leave, 2 weeks sick leave per year
  • Accrue 1 RDO every 4 weeks

Qualifications and qualities

  • Minimum 5+ years experience in operating 5t to 50T Excavators in civil construction
  • Bulk earthworks & Deep excavation
  • GPS - experience with Trimble, LICA & Topcon
  • Final trim
  • Water and wastewater experience highly desirable
  • You want to keep your mates safe, and you prioritise a safe worksite.
