Maxalding is a results driven marketing agency supporting some of the most recognisable fitness brands, studios, and online coaching programs across the UK and Australia.

We specialise in Meta advertising, digital marketing strategy, and done for you lead generation systems that help fitness businesses grow predictably. Our clients rely on us for high performance delivery, clear communication, and dependable systems that drive measurable results.

As the agency is currently in a period of growth, we are expanding our operations function to support internal organisation, delivery, and smooth client onboarding. As a result, we are now hiring a Marketing Operations Coordinator to join the team.

The Role

This is an internal operations role focused on keeping projects organised, systems up to date, and campaign delivery running smoothly. You will work closely with the Founder and our delivery team to support onboarding, maintain project boards, check campaign assets, and help manage day to day operations.

You do not need to be a marketing specialist. Full training and processes are provided. We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and able to learn quickly. As you learn and develop your skills, you will have the opportunity to progress within the agency and make the role your own.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking to grow within a fast paced agency environment, with a view to progressing into a head of operations.

Key Responsibilities

Client Onboarding Support


• Send onboarding emails and agreements


• Review onboarding forms and collect missing client assets


• Create new client sub-accounts in the CRM


• Set up pipelines, workflows, tags, and folder structures


• Support onboarding calls by taking notes and handling follow ups

Project Coordination


• Prepare simple briefs for the media buyer, designer, and editor


• Review creative assets and landing pages for accuracy before they go live


• Testing links, forms, and booking links


• Update project boards and track progress across multiple clients


• Follow up with team members to keep tasks on schedule

Operations & Administration


• Maintain CRM data hygiene


• Keep project management systems organised and accurate


• Upload notes, call recordings, and documents


• Help manage daily operational tasks


• Prepare a weekly operations report summarising completed work and upcoming priorities

What We're Looking For


• Minimum 3 years' experience in operations, administration, coordination, or VA support


• Experience working in a marketing agency or similar environment is an advantage


• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail


• Strong written and verbal communication


• Proactive, reliable, and able to take initiative


• Fast learner with the ability to follow processes and systems


• Comfortable using digital tools such as Google Workspace, CRMs, and project management platforms


• Interest in marketing and the fitness industry
