About the Opportunity

The Product Manager is a significant position responsible for leading Webull Australia's product roadmap across our Trading and Payment functions. This role plays an important part in shaping our product offerings for the Australian market.
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Sydney, NSW. The Product Manager will oversee the full lifecycle of product development, including defining product vision, roadmaps, and strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Identify business opportunities through customer feedback, competitor analysis, customer research and market trends
  • Lead the development and delivery of new products with focus on
    Trading and Payment solutions.
  • Work cross-functionally with compliance, operation, and technology teams to support the timely and quality release of products and enhancements
  • Perform functional testing of features for release cycles, including creating and executing test cases, identifying defects, and maintaining defect logs and documentation
  • Monitor performance and contribute to improving key user metrics to support team objectives
  • Collaborate with Australian and regional teams to align product initiatives with business goals

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business, Technology, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of product experience in banking, financial services, or startup environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, work within established timelines, and maintain attention to detail
  • Highly adaptable with strong initiative and collaborative approach to teamwork
