We're currently hiring for the following roles:

Plant Operatives - Full/Part Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor plant equipment safely and efficiently
  • Clean, inspect, and maintain machinery and work areas
  • Report defects and assist with preventative maintenance (PPMs)
  • Participate in conveyor belt picking and metal recovery patrols
  • Support environmental and safety procedures, including spill response
  • Attend training and contribute to continuous improvement
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's licence
  • Police clearance
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the role
Front-End Loader / Excavator Operator - Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate front-end loaders and excavators safely and efficiently
  • Load and transport materials across the site
  • Conduct routine checks and report equipment issues
  • Support plant operations and assist with site housekeeping

Requirements:

  • Valid loader/excavator licence and experience
  • Police clearance
  • Commitment to safety and teamwork
