About the Role
Falcon Cranes is seeking experienced Tower Crane Operators, Riggers and Dogmen to join our expanding team.
With projects across Brisbane, the Gold Coast and Northern NSW, we offer the chance to work on major construction sites with immediate starts available.
These are hands-on roles that require technical expertise, a strong safety mindset and a collaborative approach.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate tower cranes and perform rigging/dogging duties in line with regulations and company procedures
- Conduct pre-start checks and ensure cranes and equipment are maintained to standard
- Interpret lift plans and rigging diagrams to ensure safe, efficient operations
- Select and inspect lifting gear for compliance and suitability
- Communicate effectively with site supervisors, ground crew and management
- Maintain accurate records of crane operations, maintenance and incidents
- Report issues promptly and support continuous improvement in safety and productivity
- Promote and uphold Falcon Cranes' strong safety culture
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role within the construction industry
- Current High-Risk Work Licence (relevant class)
- White Card (Construction Induction Card)
- Minimum of 2 contactable references
- Solid understanding of crane safety, lifting techniques and rigging fundamentals
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, safety-conscious and professional at all times
