We're seeking an experienced and proactive Site Supervisor to lead our site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard.We are a client relationship–driven company, so communication, teamwork, and professionalism are essential.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate all on-site structural steel erection activities.Manage daily site operations, including safety, quality, and productivity.Coordinate with project managers, crane crews, riggers, and subcontractors.Read and interpret structural and shop drawings to guide installation.Conduct pre-start meetings, SWMS execution, site inductions and Inspection and Test Plans (ITP's)Monitor progress against schedule and report daily outcomes.Liaise directly with builders, engineers, and clients in a professional manner when warranted.Skills & ExperienceMinimum 5 years' experience in structural steel erection supervision.Strong understanding of site installation processes, crane operations, and lifting procedures.Proven ability to lead a crew and maintain site discipline and morale.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – client-facing experience is a must.Ability to read and interpret structural and fabrication drawings.Current White Card, EWP (Under
