The Opportunity

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Aircraft Detailer to join our team in Darwin. This hands-on role is essential to maintaining the presentation and readiness of our fleet. You'll be responsible for cleaning and detailing aircraft interiors and exteriors, as well as assisting with aircraft movements on the apron.

This role involves working outdoors in Darwin's hot, humid, and wet conditions, so physical fitness and acclimatisation to our unique weather conditions is essential.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
  • Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors for extended periods
  • Good communication skills and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work safely with cleaning equipment and chemicals
  • Eligible to obtain an ASIC and Airside Driver Authority
  • Able to successfully complete DAMP testing
  • Australian Citizenship or full working rights in Australia

Key Responsibilities

  • Cleaning and detailing aircraft interiors and exteriors to a high standard
  • Performing detailed spot cleaning as required
  • Working responsibly with cleaning equipment and chemicals, following SDS guidelines
  • Ensuring cleaning aligns with flight schedules and individual aircraft requirements
  • Assisting with aircraft movements on the apron
  • Complying with safety procedures, wear PPE, and reporting hazards or unsafe conditions
