Smart Solar – Now Hiring Sales Professionals

Smart Solar has grown to become one of the largest and fastest-growing solar providers in North Queensland over the past three years. We are now expanding into South East Queensland, New South Wales, and South Australia, supported by our main headquarters in South Yarra, Melbourne.

We are seeking experienced Sales Professionals with a minimum of 1 year of face-to-face sales experience. Our mission at Smart Solar is simple: to help Australians reduce their energy bills from the moment their system is installed through tailored solar and battery solutions. You will receive full training to confidently deliver these solutions to our customers.

Requirements:

  • A valid driver's license
  • Your own reliable vehicle
  • Basic computer literacy and your own functioning laptop
  • An active ABN (Australian Business Number)

Ideal Candidates Will Be:

  • Self-driven and highly motivated
  • Available to visit customers across South Australia between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM
  • Confident with basic maths to clearly explain how customers can reduce their power bills by 80–90% from day one

The Application Process:

  • Once you apply, you'll be invited to a Zoom interview with our Head Office in Melbourne.
  • Successful candidates will be flown to Melbourne for a 3-day training program, after which you will be qualified to begin selling Smart Solar solutions in-home.

On-Target Earnings (OTE):

$125,000 – $200,000+ per year
